Sesame Street Terror Alert?

No, this isn't about terror on Sesame Street

I first heard of the Sesame Street Terror Alert Level page a while back, shortly after the Dept. of Homeland Security introduced it's terror color index. I then promptly forgot about it.

Honestly, I love this kind of humor when applied to serious situations. If we go around taking everything as seriously as we possibly can, we'll die of stress at an early age, and not really enjoy life. So, my providing this indicator on my site's home page is my way of both helping people stay informed as well as attempting to lighten the mood.
